This is Angular's official PR review skill, and it's stricter than your average linter. It enforces the framework's contribution standards: backwards compatibility checks, commit message quality (the *why*, not just the *what*), performance impact on change detection and bundle size, and comprehensive testing. One thing I appreciate: it explicitly tells you not to run tests locally because CI already handles it. The skill also looks for package-specific guidelines in a reference directory, so router changes get different treatment than core changes. Makes sense when your code impacts millions of developers and breaking changes need deprecation periods.
