This is a meta-skill for managing the DaleStudy/skills repository itself. You'd use it when creating new skills, modifying SKILL.md files, or reviewing frontmatter and metadata. The source includes detailed guidelines on directory structure, frontmatter validation rules, and semantic versioning requirements. One thing that stands out: it's opinionated about description fields needing explicit trigger conditions, which makes sense since the skill body only loads after matching. It also enforces version bumps on every SKILL.md change with automated checks, which is stricter than most projects but probably necessary for a skill marketplace. Includes CI workflow integration and manual testing commands with the npx skills CLI.
