This one watches your Claude sessions for patterns worth saving as reusable skills, then helps you decide whether to discard them, merge them into existing skills, or write new SKILL.md files to your local skill directory. It's proactive but non-blocking: it scans after meaningful turns, searches for duplicates, drafts full proposals, and only writes after you approve. Useful if you're building a personal skill library and want the agent to notice workflow preferences, corrections, or project conventions without you manually extracting them every time. The scope defaults to personal and team-specific skills, not generic marketplace material, which keeps it honest about what's actually reusable for you versus everyone.
