Teaches Claude how to work with Encore.ts's declarative infrastructure system, where you define databases, caches, and other resources directly in code instead of wrangling Terraform or cloud consoles. The skill covers the critical gotcha that all infrastructure must be declared at package level, not inside functions, plus specifics on setting up PostgreSQL, Redis, Pub/Sub, and other services. Locally it spins everything up in Docker with `encore run`, and for production you deploy through Encore Cloud to your own AWS or GCP account. Useful if you're building with Encore and want Claude to understand its infrastructure-as-code conventions without having to explain the framework's opinions every time.
