Iii Observability

Built-in OpenTelemetry tracing for the iii worker engine. Every function invocation gets automatically traced, and you can add custom spans or metrics when needed using withSpan() or getMeter(). The engine exports everything via OTLP to your collector of choice (Datadog, Grafana, Jaeger) and exposes Prometheus metrics on port 9464. The nice part is W3C trace context propagates across function calls without extra work. If you're running iii workers and need visibility into what's happening, this gives you the standard observability stack without fighting configuration. It's the kind of thing you add once and forget about until something breaks.
