A state machine for moving GitHub issues from raw noise to agent-ready briefs. It buckets everything that needs your attention, attempts to reproduce bugs before asking the reporter anything, and runs structured grilling sessions to extract missing context. The payoff is twofold: issues either get a durable agent brief you can hand off to an AFK agent, or they land in ready-for-human with clear reasoning about why a human has to do it. Wontfix rejections get written to a searchable out-of-scope knowledge base so you're not re-litigating the same feature requests forever. It's opinionated about role names and transitions, which means less decision fatigue when you're clearing a backlog at 11pm.
