Instead of driving Chrome directly with Playwright or Puppeteer, this routes everything through a local relay server and browser extension you load once. You attach the extension popup to specific tabs, then read DOM snapshots, metadata, and screenshots through lease-scoped commands that won't stomp on other concurrent workflows. The setup is deliberate: start the relay, load the unpacked extension from your skills folder, open the popup to wake it, attach to a tab, run doctor checks, then read. It's designed for agents that need structured page data from real browser tabs without fighting over window control or racing each other. The mandatory behavior section is unusually prescriptive because the failure modes are subtle.
