PR body skill - 寫出好審的 PR 描述：Summary 用最小的視覺化表達重點（pseudocode、call tree、component／file tree、Mermaid、diff 草圖），Evidence 放 before／after（截圖優先、測試輸出次之），Merge Danger 標 one-way／two-way door 與 blast radius。證據只採本 session 實跑的輸出、CI 結果或使用者貼上的輸出（逐字並註明來源，口述與其他 PR 的輸出都不算，無則標「Not verified」）、repo 有 PR template 時以它為準、body 寫檔，使用者要求開或更新 PR 時才交給 gh pr create／edit --body-file；body 語言跟著 repo 既有 PR，沒有前例用繁中。skill 本文為繁中（英文對照 SKILL.en.md），附 with／without eval suite。Summary 的視覺化選單取自 Humanlayer Dex Horthy 的 show-me skill。
