Blocks pipe-to-shell installs, disk wipes and fork bombs; asks before rm -rf, force-push, git reset --hard, DROP/TRUNCATE, kubectl delete, cloud deletes and secret-file reads. 15 rules, each off/ask/block; a project's own config can only tighten them, loosening comes only from your config outside the project. Plus a PostToolUse audit log with secrets redacted and /guardrails:self-test to see every decision without running anything.
