The LNPL compiler (linkly LLM-native platform) as MCP tools instead of a shell command. lnpl compile writes diagnostics to stderr and exits 0, so a caller that checks the exit code misses every warning, and an unknown-verb warning means a step that does nothing at runtime. lnpl_compile, lnpl_spec and lnpl_kb_route return diagnostics, spec results and knowledge-base routes as structured records, calling the compiler in-process with no PATH lookup. The compiler is loaded only from a path you configure (LNPL_IMPL_PATH) or an installed package, never from the project directory.
