Run your agent in stints. Pit before the redline. Ships the pit mod: /pit saves the stream's notes to .stint/<stream>-notes.md, runs /clear and re-injects them as the first message of the fresh context; /rejoin [stream] re-injects saved notes in a new session. A pit is refused, with nothing cleared, when the save fails or the context is near the compaction limit. Do not load together with stoa.
