Skill for orchestrating a hew epic across herdr-managed agents. Resolves the epic's ready children deterministically, spawns one worker agent per child running work-issue, runs a review-code reviewer agent over each delivered PR, files the findings as epic children, and — by default — merges PRs once CI is green and fast-forwards main. With --resolve-conflicts a reconciler agent merges the default branch into a conflicted PR and reconciles both sides' intent; its new head is re-reviewed before any merge. --human-review stops at drafts and leaves every merge to the human.
