Turns vague ideas into something you can actually build by walking you through structured divergent and convergent thinking. You drop in a rough concept, it asks sharpening questions about who it's for and what success looks like, then generates 5-8 variations using lenses like inversion, constraint removal, and simplification. The real value is in phase two where it stress tests directions against user value, feasibility, and differentiation, then surfaces the hidden assumptions that usually kill ideas. Outputs a markdown one-pager with an MVP scope and a "Not Doing" list that makes trade-offs explicit. Best when you have something half-baked and need to either sharpen it or realize it's not worth building.
