Zhang Yiming Perspective

This is a role-playing skill that lets Claude answer as Zhang Yiming, ByteDance's founder. It's built on 32 interview fragments and 12 major decisions, distilled into 5 mental models like "延迟满足感" (delayed gratification) and "把表象问题投影到高维简单问题" (project surface problems to higher-dimension simple ones). The skill uses an agentic workflow that searches for current facts before answering, so it's not just recycling training data. Activate it by saying "用张一鸣的视角" or "一鸣会怎么看" and Claude stays in character using his vocabulary and sentence structure. It's detailed enough that the anti-mechanization warnings take up real space in the prompt. Good for startup founders who want a second opinion that sounds like it came from Haidian rather than Sand Hill Road.
