Wiki Update

You're working on a project and realize you just solved something worth remembering. This syncs your current work into an Obsidian vault from anywhere in your filesystem. It reads your code, git history, and docs to figure out what changed since last sync, then distills architecture decisions, trade-offs, and non-obvious patterns into wiki pages. The provenance system marks what's extracted from code versus inferred reasoning. It's opinionated about what matters: why you chose something, not file listings. Works across projects with config resolution that walks up from your current directory. If you keep an Obsidian knowledge base and want project insights automatically captured without manual note-taking, this is the sync layer.
