It reads markdown files from a StudyVault directory, generates four-choice quizzes, and maintains concept-level logs showing which ideas you keep getting wrong. The workflow is rigid but thorough: it forces you to pick a session type, reads strict quiz rules from a reference file, then updates both per-area concept trackers and the main dashboard after every round.
