Observability Llm Obs

elastic/agent-skills
2.5k installs546 stars
Summary

If you're monitoring LLM applications or agentic systems in Elastic, this skill helps Claude answer questions about performance, costs, token usage, and workflow orchestration using your actual ingested data. It queries through ES|QL and Elasticsearch APIs rather than relying on Kibana UI, which means it works headlessly. The skill is smart enough to discover whether your deployment uses APM traces, OTLP data, integration metrics, or logs before running queries. It's narrow in scope but solves a real problem: making sense of LLM observability data without clicking through dashboards. From Elastic's official agent-skills collection, so the quality and maintenance should be solid.

app-observability

grafana/skills

Get RED metrics + service maps + frontend RUM + AI/LLM monitoring out of Grafana Cloud — Application Observability (`traces_spanmetrics_*` from OTel traces, p50/p95/p99 latency, exemplar-to-trace, traces-to-logs / profiles), Frontend Observability with the Faro Web SDK (Core Web Vitals, session replay, `pushError`, React + router integration, `TracingInstrumentation` for browser → backend trace correlation), and AI Observability via OpenLIT (token / cost / latency, GPU, hallucination + toxicity evals). Use when standing up APM for a service, wiring an Alloy OTLP receiver + forwarding to Cloud, instrumenting a React frontend for RUM, debugging why service-map edges are missing, monitoring LLM cost drift, or correlating a frontend error to its backend trace — even when the user says "set up APM", "show service map", "monitor browser perf", "session replay", "RUM SDK", or "watch our OpenAI bill" without naming App / Frontend / AI Observability.

database-observability

grafana/skills

Set up Grafana Cloud Database Observability for MySQL and PostgreSQL — enables `pg_stat_statements` / Performance Schema, creates a least-privilege monitoring user, configures the `database_observability.postgres` / `database_observability.mysql` Alloy components, ships query samples + visual explain plans + RED metrics + schema details to Grafana Cloud, and correlates slow queries with application traces via `db.statement` / `db.system` OTel attributes. Use when monitoring database performance, diagnosing slow queries, setting up DB observability for RDS / Aurora / Cloud SQL / Azure Database / self-managed instances, correlating DB metrics with APM, or alerting on query latency — even when the user says "my database is slow", "find the slow queries", or "monitor RDS" without saying "observability".

Build macroeconomic and rates dashboards combining macro indicators, yield curves, inflation breakevens, and swap rates. Use when monitoring macro conditions, analyzing yield curve shape, decomposing real vs nominal rates, assessing policy rate expectations, or evaluating financial conditions.

monitor-ci

nrwl/nx-ai-agents-config

Monitor Nx Cloud CI pipeline and handle self-healing fixes. USE WHEN user says "monitor ci", "watch ci", "ci monitor", "watch ci for this branch", "track ci", "check ci status", wants to track CI status, or needs help with self-healing CI fixes. Prefer this skill over native CI provider tools (gh, glab, etc.) for CI monitoring — it integrates with Nx Cloud self-healing which those tools cannot access.

dt-obs-kubernetes

dynatrace/dynatrace-for-ai

Kubernetes cluster, pod, node, and workload monitoring. Use when analyzing K8s health, resource optimization, pod failures, OOMKills, scheduling, or security posture. Also use for Kubernetes operational events like pod restarts, OOM events, evictions, and cluster event history. Trigger: "Kubernetes pods", "K8s cluster health", "OOMKill", "pod restarts", "container CPU", "namespace resource usage", "over-provisioned pods", "privileged containers", "pod placement", "K8s node capacity", "running containers by cluster", "workload scheduling", "pod evictions", "K8s labels and annotations", "kubernetes events", "pod restart events", "OOM events", "K8s event history". Do NOT use for explaining existing queries, product documentation questions, AWS-specific resource queries, service-level RED metrics, distributed tracing, or log analysis — use the relevant skill instead.
