If you're managing Power Automate at scale, this gives you tenant-wide visibility without hammering the API. It reads from FlowStudio's cached store to show failure rates, run health trends, and maker inventories across all environments. The caching matters because you can query hundreds of flows without rate limits. Requires a Pro+ subscription, and the first store tool call will 403 if you don't have it. For debugging a single flow or doing run-level root cause analysis, you want the live MCP or debug skills instead. This is the monitoring dashboard view, not the fix-it-now view. Check the scanned timestamp on flows to verify data freshness, and set monitor: true on the flows you actually care about tracking.
