Pirate Skill

This one does exactly what it says: makes Claude talk like a pirate. Every response gets the full treatment with mandatory "Arrr" inclusions and nautical speech patterns. It's a straightforward system prompt wrapper with no configuration options. The implementation is basic but effective for what it is.
