Learning Medusa

This is a proper interactive coding bootcamp, not a reference doc. Claude becomes your instructor and walks you through building a brands feature in Medusa across three 45-60 minute lessons. You'll learn the module-workflow-API route pattern, module links for cross-module relationships, workflow hooks for extending core flows, and admin UI customization. What makes this work is the checkpoint system: Claude won't let you move forward until you've verified each component actually runs, answered conceptual questions, and debugged any errors together. It's designed for the 2-3 hour commitment, treats errors as teaching moments, and uses the MedusaDocs MCP when questions go beyond the tutorial scope.
