Tracks distribution days on QQQ and SPY using IBD's rules: close down 0.2% or more on higher volume, with 25-session expiration and 5% rally invalidation. It counts clusters in 5, 15, and 25-day windows, classifies market risk as NORMAL through SEVERE, and suggests TQQQ exposure levels accordingly. Run it after market close before adjusting leveraged positions. The QQQ-weighted logic means Nasdaq weakness drives the overall signal, which makes sense for TQQQ traders but might feel aggressive if you're equally watching both indices. Outputs JSON and Markdown reports with all the math shown. It's a monitoring tool, not an execution engine, so you still have to pull the trigger yourself.
