Runs FFmpeg with two-pass palette generation across combinations of FPS (10/15/20), width (480/640/800px), and color depth (128/256). Includes presets for quick comparisons, quality-focused output, or lossy compression via gifsicle if you need smaller files. The workflow is straightforward: point it at a video, get 4-18 GIFs depending on preset, compare them visually, keep the one that balances file size against smoothness and clarity. Honestly the best part is not having to re-encode five times manually when your first attempt is either too choppy or 50MB.
