Reach for this when you're already committed to Vercel and need to ship a preview URL, cut over to production, assign a stable alias, or roll back a bad deploy. It's provider-specific operator guidance, not generic release strategy. The skill walks you through six distinct modes (preview, production, promote, alias/domain, env-sync, rollback) and keeps you from mixing unrelated concerns into one command blob. The packet system forces you to confirm link state and target environment before running CLI commands. If you're still choosing a host or writing GitHub Actions YAML, this isn't the right tool. It assumes the project already targets Vercel and you need help executing the actual deployment operation cleanly.
