This handles the ceremony side of agile development when you need someone (or something) to keep your team on track with sprints, standups, and retrospectives. You'd reach for it when coordinating a small to medium team that wants to follow scrum practices without overthinking the process. The honest take: it's useful if your team actually commits to the rituals, but like any scrum tooling, it won't magically fix underlying communication issues or scope creep. Best for teams that already buy into the methodology and just need help with the administrative overhead of tracking sprint goals, managing backlogs, and facilitating the usual meetings.
