Flipoff Split Flap Display

Pure vanilla JS split-flap display that turns a browser into a retro airport departure board. No frameworks, no build step, just open index.html and you get animated flip tiles with authentic clacking sounds. Everything you'd want to tweak lives in one constants.js file: grid size, scramble timing, colors, messages. The keyboard shortcuts (F for fullscreen, M for mute) and programmatic API make it practical for embedding in kiosks or TV displays. It's the kind of thing that looks great running 24/7 on a mounted screen showing office announcements or event schedules. Works offline once loaded, which matters if you're actually mounting this somewhere.
