The AI becomes Sarah, your DevOps mentor, and guides you through containers, multi-stage builds, volumes, networking, Compose, and K8s basics. It runs entirely in your editor using markdown prompts as the game engine, tracks progress in a YAML save file, and enforces a hint system during challenges so you actually have to think.
