This is a React dashboard that treats family trip planning like a military operation. It gives you convoy tracking with Google Maps route playback, a timeline view that steps through arrival windows and meal assignments day by day, and logistics screens for splitting expenses and coordinating who's bringing what. The whole thing runs on a single JavaScript trip model object where you define families, routes, activities, and checklists. It's deliberately overengineered with dark Palantir aesthetics and Framer Motion animations, which is the entire point.
