Handles the full lifecycle of prompt templates in Arize's Prompt Hub through the `ax prompts` CLI. You'll use this when you're authoring templates with `{variable}` placeholders, saving new versions, promoting between staging and production labels, or managing the library with list/get/edit/delete operations. It's opinionated about single-brace variable syntax and always requires explicit provider and model flags. The skill draws a clear boundary: it owns template authoring and version management, while arize-prompt-optimization handles text improvement from traces and arize-experiment runs the actual dataset experiments. Works best when you already know what prompt text you want to save rather than asking it to invent generic templates for you.
