Bmad Shard Doc

Takes a large markdown file and splits it into smaller files organized by level 2 headings using the markdown-tree-parser package. You point it at a doc, it creates a folder with separate files for each major section plus an index. The workflow is methodical: it verifies your paths, runs the split, checks the output, then asks what to do with the original (delete, archive, or keep). The skill actually warns you against keeping both versions since having duplicate content defeats the point and can confuse context discovery. Useful when you've got a massive architecture doc or spec that's become unwieldy to navigate and edit.
