Design Taste Frontend

This is a senior frontend skill that fights the generic AI aesthetic at the architecture level. It locks in baseline design metrics (variance, motion intensity, visual density) and enforces strict rules to override common LLM biases like centered heroes, purple gradients, and emoji spam.
