Handles Vercel's account administration, team management, and cost controls. You'd reach for this when setting up team permissions, switching between Hobby and Pro plans, or configuring spend limits to avoid surprise bills. The skill covers the basics of account ownership transfers, plan selection, and usage monitoring. It's intentionally narrow in scope, which makes sense since billing operations are infrequent but critical to get right. Links out to the official docs for accounts, plans, and spend management. Pairs with vercel-security-access if you need deeper RBAC configuration, but works fine standalone for straightforward team and billing tasks.
