Cx Cli

If you're using Coralogix's cx CLI, this skill handles the housekeeping that applies across all commands. It watches for version updates through multiple channels (agents mode JSON, schema output, or plain text on stderr) and surfaces a clean prompt to upgrade both the binary and the skill itself. The notification logic is careful: it waits until after your command finishes, shows the message once per session, and always presents both upgrade steps together. It also sets some sensible defaults like using `--output agents` for machine readable responses and `cx schema` for command discovery. Basically prevents the CLI from nagging you mid-task while making sure you don't miss important updates.
