Pulls your last week of commits, filters out merges, and writes a 2-5 bullet recap organized by bug fixes, tech debt, and new features. Designed for standups, retros, or manager updates when you need to summarize what shipped without manually combing through git history. The classification paragraph is genuinely helpful because it reframes raw commit data into the categories people actually ask about. One catch: it requires your git email to be configured, which is reasonable but means you can't just run it in any random repo. Works best if you write decent commit messages to begin with.
