Summary
This connects Claude to Adaptyv's cloud lab platform for automated protein testing. You submit sequences via API and get back experimental data in about three weeks: binding assays, expression levels, thermostability measurements, enzyme activity. It also includes computational tools for optimizing sequences before you send them off (NetSolP, SoluProt, SolubleMPNN). The platform is in alpha/beta, so you'll need to email for API access and not everything is available through the API yet. The real value is closing the loop between computational protein design and actual wet lab validation without setting up your own lab infrastructure.
