This is a video specification builder that turns vague requests into frame-by-frame production specs. It works through Socratic questioning to pin down exactly what you want: shot duration, transitions, audio reactivity, TTS voiceover, subtitle timing, 3D elements, shader effects. The core trick is that it actively tells you what the rendering layer can do (Three.js scenes, audio-driven animations, kinetic typography, chroma keying) because most people don't know what's possible. It outputs a structured video-spec.md with a full shot list, locks down visual themes (either from eight HyperFrames presets or a custom design.md), and refuses to accept fuzzy adjectives like "high-end" or "techy" until you describe actual visual decisions. Built for iteration, not just greenfield specs.
