Stops you mid-implementation to ask whether you're building the right thing at the right scale. Four modes: scope expansion (dream big), selective expansion (cherry-pick additions), hold scope (maximum rigor), or scope reduction (strip to essentials). Pulls in prior CEO plans, recent design docs, and past review activity from your gstack project history to inform the conversation. Triggers on phrases like "think bigger" or "is this ambitious enough", but the real use case is when you're halfway through a plan and suspect you're solving the wrong problem or thinking too small. Works inside Claude Code's plan mode, where it runs through a structured question flow before you commit to building.
