You reach for this when you need to author GSAP timelines, CSS keyframes, WAAPI, or Anime.js animations inside HyperFrames compositions and want them seek-safe for video rendering. It enforces a contract: synchronous timeline construction, finite durations, registered instances, no Date.now() or random state. The procedure is concrete: identify subject and poses, choose the smallest mechanism from a pattern library, verify with lint and snapshot proofs at key times, fix source keyframes before rendering. It won't help with scene strategy or visual design, but if you're implementing stroke draws, SVG morphs, FLIP transitions, text trails, or 3D camera moves that must survive frame-by-frame export, this is the guardrail.
