Sf Datacloud Act

This is the "act" phase of Salesforce Data Cloud: pushing audiences and insights to downstream systems. You're creating activations, activation targets, data actions, and wiring up delivery to external platforms. It assumes your segment already exists and is published, then handles the plumbing to get that data where it needs to go. The skill runs a readiness check first, inspects available platforms, and follows a deterministic workflow: create the destination target, then the activation, then verify. The gotcha is that destination credentials and platform constraints often live outside the Data Cloud CLI, so expect some manual setup. If you're still building the segment itself, you want sf-datacloud-segment instead.
