This walks you through the full OAuth setup for Google Workspace CLI, from creating a GCP project to installing 90+ agent skills for Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Sheets, and the rest. The guide is thorough on the annoying bits: configuring the Chat API app (required even for user context), handling the too-long OAuth URL that breaks in terminals, and dealing with Testing vs Production app status. Use this for first-time gws setup or when auth is broken. The workflow assumes you're starting from scratch and checks what's already done so you can skip ahead.
