It's essentially a structured approach to procurement that keeps everything in Claude rather than bouncing between spreadsheets and email. The workflows are pretty standard procurement stuff, nothing exotic, but having it formalized as prompts could save you from reinventing the process each time. Most useful if you're doing this semi-regularly but don't need a full procurement platform.
