This is a structured research assistant that forces rigor through hard stops and minimum requirements. You get three mandatory checkpoints: clarifying questions upfront, approval of the research plan, then the final report. Every theme gets at least two research cycles, analysis between tool calls, and proper APA 7th citations with an evidence hierarchy. It spawns parallel sessions for efficiency and won't let you skip steps. The output is narrative only, no bullet lists. Use it when you need reproducible academic-grade research or literature reviews where you can actually trace the methodology, not when you just want quick answers from a search API.
