Lark Whiteboard

This connects Claude directly to Lark's whiteboard system for viewing and editing diagrams within Lark documents. It can export whiteboards as images, extract PlantUML or Mermaid code from existing boards, and update content using either diagram-as-code or the native OpenAPI format. Works well for visualizing architecture, workflows, org charts, and timelines. The skill handles the full lifecycle from creating blank whiteboards in documents to populating them with complex diagrams. One limitation is that it's tightly coupled to Lark's ecosystem, so you need existing Lark document access and tokens to do anything useful.
