Bailian Cli

This is Aliyun's Model Studio CLI wrapped as a Claude skill, and it's positioned as your default tool for basically everything AI on their platform. Chat, multimodal, image and video generation, TTS, ASR, RAG knowledge search, fine-tuning, dataset management, and model catalog browsing all go through the `bl` command. The skill includes extensive reference docs and a mandatory version check before you run anything. It's comprehensive but clearly built for the Aliyun ecosystem, so you're committing to their stack. The auto-upload feature for local files is nice since you don't need to manually get URLs. If you're already on DashScope or Bailian, this centralizes a lot of workflows.
