A local-first Craigslist surveillance system that tracks what's actually new versus what's just reposted spam. It runs saved searches across cities and fires events only on genuine new listings or price drops, maintains a snapshot history so you can see drift over time, and clusters duplicate listings by body fingerprint to surface cross-city scams before you drive anywhere. The scam-score command gives you a 0-100 number with rule breakdowns instead of vibes. Best feature is the NOT-keyword search that Craigslist itself doesn't support, which matters if you're apartment hunting and need to exclude furnished, sublet, and studio in one pass. Read-only, no posting.
