Fal Restore

Points your agent at fal.ai's image restoration models for cleanup work on photos and scans. Handles the typical degradation cases: motion blur, noise, face artifacts, and aging on old documents. It's a catalogue entry that makes the skill discoverable through Open Design's planning, but you'll need to pull the actual implementation from the fal.ai community repo.
