A structured approach to reading that scales from 15-minute quick analyses to 120+ minute research deep dives. You pick your depth level and it applies frameworks like SCQA, critical thinking, inversion, mental models, first principles, or systems thinking accordingly. It always starts with structural understanding, then layers on the thinking models you need. The workflows are well-defined with clear decision trees, and it can pull in web search for cross-source comparison at the deepest level. Honest take: the framework selection is solid and the tiered approach makes sense, but you'll want to be explicit about your goals upfront or you'll get the default 30-minute treatment which may be more or less than you need.
