Parallel Cli Setup

This handles the entire setup flow for Parallel's CLI so you can get to actual web searches and data extraction without fighting installation steps. It detects whether you need to install fresh or upgrade, picks the right package manager (brew, uv, npm, pipx), walks through OAuth device flow authentication, checks your account balance, and installs the Parallel skills bundle into your agents directory. The smart part is version detection and method-aware upgrades. It knows if you installed via uv versus standalone and suggests the right update command. Once it's done, you've got search, extract, and deep research skills ready to invoke. Basically removes all the "am I on the right version, did auth work" friction from onboarding.
