This connects Claude to your Readwise library and Reader inbox through MCP. You get semantic search across saved articles and highlights, bulk operations for triaging your reading queue, and the ability to create highlights with notes and tags. The Reader tools let you filter by location (new, later, archive), search by author or date range, and export everything as Markdown. The Readwise side gives you access to spaced repetition reviews and cross-book highlight search. Rate limits are reasonable at 20 calls per minute for bulk edits. Useful if you're already in the Readwise ecosystem and want to query or organize your reading from the command line instead of switching to the web app.
