When you return to a project and can't remember what you were working on, this skill pulls up your most recent session for that directory and surfaces any unanswered question you left hanging. It matches sessions by directory boundary (so sibling repos don't bleed into each other) and queries your session memory to reconstruct context: the work title, key files, decisions, and errors. The output is tight and actionable, ending with a concrete next step. It's the equivalent of having someone remind you "you were refactoring auth, you asked whether logout should revoke all tokens, and you were about to edit logout.ts." Invoke it with "resume" or "where were we" and it handles the rest.
