Specify Requirements

This walks you through building product requirements documents using a fixed template structure in .start/specs/. It starts with a brainstorm phase to understand the problem, then cycles through discovery, documentation, and review for each section. The workflow leans heavily on parallel research agents for market analysis and user research, then presents all findings for your approval before moving forward. It enforces MECE principles (mutually exclusive, collectively exhaustive) across personas, journeys, and features, and won't let you finish until everything passes a validation checklist. The strong opinions about structure are helpful if you want guardrails, but might feel rigid if you prefer freeform requirements gathering.
